Terms & Conditions for Tutors

  1. Registration Charge Rs 100/- Only.
  2. The First month tutor will collect fee at the end of the month from the office or can be account pay.
  3. Commission(applied for all new tutions provided by us or referred by any of our clients).
    1. First month:60% of one month's fee(fee average no. of classes finalized with client subjected to minimum of 2 classes.)
    2. Subsequent month:nill
  4. Short term packages(crash courses, college level etc.):35% of total amount received by him/her in less than 2 months
  5. Candidates sumbit a copy of following documents to our office in person-
    1. Two coloured passport size photograph
    2. Photo identification proof(like voter ID, passport, driving license, aadhar card)
    3. Present/permanent address proof or both(in case of tenant or not a permanent resident of kanpur).
    4. Photo copy of last obtained educational qualification.
  6. First month's fees will be collected from the clients by Kanpur Tutorial only.
  7. First two days will be the demo classes and the teacher will continue further only after getting the confirmation from Kanpur Tutorial.
  8. Tutions provided to a teacher is not transferrable to any person and he/she must consult the consultantcy for the same.
  9. If any of our client refer a tution to our teacher, it must be informed to the consultancy and will be considered as our call.
  10. When we provide any tution to any tutor you must please contact the client immediately and inform us about the developments as early as possible.
  11. Tutors are requested not to indulge in any activity other than tutoring such as taking money for admission in any college/schools/institute or any fraud proposal.
  12. In case of any fraud by tutor with any client or with Kanpur Tutorial, we are free to take legal action against him/her .
  13. Tutors are requested to update us immediately about their present address/phone if changed and ID proof to clients if demanded by them.
  14. Tutors are requested to be punctual and behave/talk/dress up as Gentleman/Lady while visiting to any client for trial or regular class.
  15. Kanpur Tutorial reserves the right to modify/delete/add any condition at any time.
